Ich bin 33 Jahre alt und biete am Rand der Stadt, für eine Dreier-Frauen-WG zwei WG-Zimmer (11qm) unmöbliert in einem frisch renovierten Einfamilienhaus mit großem Obstgarten im grünen Norden von Berlin an:)
Wohnzimmer, Küche, zwei Bäder mit jeweils einer Dusche, Keller, Terrasse und Garten werden gemeinsam genutzt und gepflegt.
Das Haus ist direkt an der Glienicke Spitze. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bio-Markt, Feinkost, Döner, Sushi, Burger, Ärzte sind direkt nebenan aber trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig.
Man fährt 5 min mit dem Rad zum S-Bahnhof Frohnau, bzw. S-Bahnhof Hermsdorf. Zu Fuß sind es 15-20 min. Auch mehrere Buslinien fahren in der Nähe.
Ich möchte eine ruhige, offene und fröhliche 3er-WG, in der gemeinsam geplant, auch einmal etwas zusammen gekocht, gespielt, gebastelt, Filme geschaut oder unternommen wird. Also keine Zweck-WG. Zwei Zimmer, für zwei Frauen sind noch frei.
Sauberkeit, Gartenarbeit und vor allem Kommunikation ist wichtig, damit sich alle wohl fühlen.
Da ich selbst Epileptikerin bin und einen Schwerbeschädigtenausweis habe, sind mir Menschen mit Handikap und Schwerbeschädigtenausweis herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist aber aufgrund der Treppen nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet.
