Vermiet wird ein 10qm "großes" Zimmer, mit schönen geschliffenen Holzdielen. Drei Wände sind momentan weiß gestrichen und eine in einem hellen Orangeton- gerne kann es aber auch direkt nach dem Einzug nach deinen Vorstellungen umdekoriert werden. Durch das Doppelfenster mit großem Fensterbrett blickt man in den Innenhof mit vielen Gärten und einem Kinderspielplatz. Das Zimmer befindet sich wie die ganze Wohnung auch am Ende eines Mehrfamilienhauses, welches in den 30ern errichtet wurde. Ansonsten hoffe ich, dass die Fotos alles zeigen.

For rent is a 10sqm "big" room, with beautiful sanded wooden floorboards. Three walls are currently painted white and one in a bright orange tone - but it can also be redecorated directly after moving in according to your ideas. Die Wohnung befindet sich im südlichen Neukölln in der Nähe von Treptow in direkter Nähe zur Sonnenallee. Generell ist das Viertel multi-kulti und an der Sonnenallee mit vielen Bars, geilen Restaurants, Kinos und anderen Freizeitaktivitäten.
Der nächste Späti befindet sich 5min Fußweg entfernt, sowie ein Bäcker, Schneider und Friseur. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es 2min und bis zur S- Bahn 6min. In der Nähe sind Edeka, Aldi und Lidl, sowie Drogerien und eine Sparkasse. Der Hermannplatz ist in etwa 15-20 min zuerreichen. Ebenso ist man schnell im Grünen- im Wald, am Fluss oder am See.

The apartment is located in southern Neukölln near Treptow in close proximity to Sonnenallee. In general, the neighborhood is multi-culti and on the Sonnenallee with many bars, cool restaurants, cinemas and other leisure activities.
The nearest Späti is 5min walk away, as well as a bakery, tailor and hairdresser. To the next bus stop it is 2min and to the S- Bahn 6min. Nearby are Edeka, Aldi and Lidl, as well as drugstores and a Sparkasse. Hermannplatz can be reached in about 15-20 min. Likewise, one is quickly in the countryside - in the forest, at the river or at the lake.
Das WG- Leben sollte offen, ehrlich, entspannt und kooperativ sein und es muss einfach passen.
Ich würde mich selbst als einen entspannten, easy going Menschen beschreiben und möchte, dass sich alle wohlfühlen
Gemeinsames Kochen, Musik und Filme schauen genauso wie, Privatspähre und Ruhe, Zeit sich zurück zu ziehen und zu entspannen.

I would describe myself as a relaxed, easy going person and want everyone to feel comfortable.
Cooking together, music and watching movies as well as, privacy and quiet, time to retreat and relax.
