WG Sublet room available in lovely neighbourhood of Friedrichshain from 1st/2nd Oct to 15th November. If you are an independent, reasonable and clean person , you'll like this apartment.

Anmeldung not possible. Rental Contract will be provided.

Rent -
•⁠ ⁠October Rent (600 euro) + Deposit (300 euro) to be paid upfront
•⁠ ⁠November Rent (300 euro) to be paid before 1st of November
•⁠ ⁠Cleaning fees 50-100 euro will be deducted from deposit depending on cleaning required.

About the room - Other tenant is using the living room as her bedroom and you'll take bedroom. Bedroom already has bed, mattress, pillows and a chest of drawers. There will be a cupboard in the room where I'll keep my things. Standing desk and office chair can be provided for 10 euro. You'll have to bring your own bedding, blanket and towels. Laundry is available in the bathroom

Living Situation - One other tenant living in the house. She is 30 year old woman, with a part time job. She is friendly, non interfering and mostly likes to keep to herself. You'll be sharing kitchen , bathroom, lobby and garden. You will have to share house cleaning responsibilities. We generally have a quiet and respectful household. Smoking is not allowed in the house but we live on ground floor so you can go in the garden easily.

In the kitchen - You are free to use dishwasher, mixer grinder, toaster and all other kitchen utensils. You break it, you replace it is the house rule. We do not have a microwave. We will provide a small cupboard to keep your kitchenware.
