Ich vermiete mein gemütliches, ca. 13 m² großes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete ab dem 9. oder 15. Oktober bis Ende November (Daten sind flexibel). Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und recht minimalistisch eingerichtet. Außerdem steht dir ein tolles helles Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung - auch wenn es auf den Fotos ein sehr grauer Tag war.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer coolen Gegend nahe der Weserstraße, umgeben von tollen Bars und Restaurants. Die Anbindung ist auch gut: Mit dem M41er Bus bist du in wenigen Stationen an der Ringbahn.
Du wirst mit einer sehr lieben Mitbewohnerin zusammenwohnen, die regelmäßig Sport macht, gerne vegetarisch kocht und ein fröhlicher, offener Mensch ist.

I’m subletting my cozy, approximately 13 m² room from October 9th or 15th until the end of November (dates are flexible). The room is very quiet and furnished in a minimalist style. You’ll also have access to a great, bright living room – even though the photos were taken on a very grey day.
The apartment is in a cool area near Weserstraße, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The transport links are good too: you can reach the Ringbahn in just a few stops via the M41 bus.
You’ll be living with a really lovely flatmate who regularly works out, enjoys cooking vegetarian food, and is a cheerful, open-minded person.
