Ich suche zum 1.11. eine Nachmieterin für mein kleines, aber feines WG-Zimmer in Tempelhof. Das Zimmer ist 10qm groß, möbliert und sehr gemütlich :). Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, einem sehr geräumigen Kleiderschrank, einer Kommode, Schreibtisch und einem Spiegel.
Zur Wohnung gehören eine große Küche, Badezimmer und ein Balkon.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt und im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Der Balkon ist auf einen wunderschönen Innenhof gerichtet und daher sehr ruhig.
I am looking for a new tenant for my small but nice room in a shared flat in Tempelhof. The room is 10sqm, furnished and very cozy :). The room is furnished with a bed, a very spacious closet, a chest of drawers, a desk and a mirror.
The apartment has a large kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
The balcony faces a beautiful inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich knapp außerhalb des Rings, ist dennoch super angebunden. Die U6 ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, die S/U Tempelhof (Ringbahn & U6) und das Tempelhofer Feld in 15 min zu fuß oder wenige Minuten mit dem Bus. Es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Gegend um die Wohnung ist sehr grün.
The apartment is located just outside the Ring, but is still very well connected. The U6 is just a few minutes' walk away, the S/U Tempelhof (Ringbahn & U6) and Tempelhofer Feld are a 15-minute walk or a few minutes by bus. There are many shopping facilities and the area around the apartment is very green.
In der WG wohnen zur Zeit zwei weitere Mitbewohnerinnen, Cate und Arabella. Beide sind mitte Zwanzig und aus den USA und Australien und arbeiten beide in Berlin. Sie sind super lieb und du teilst dir die große Küche, das Badezimmer und den Balkon mit ihnen.
There are currently two other flatmates living in the shared flat, Cate and Arabella. Both are in their mid-twenties, from the USA and Australia and both work in Berlin. They are super nice and you share the large kitchen, bathroom and balcony with them.
