Hello!
We are seeking 3 flatmates to join the house on a 18-month contract or longer, ideally for 2 years. We have either 2 or 3 rooms possibilities, please see pictures.
A professional working in Konigs Wusternhausen, Grunau, Adlershof, Schoneweide, Plänterwald would be well connected to our house - with direct S-bahn station (Eichwalde).
Our Einfamilienhaus is an extended large space in quiet area of Grünau (very close to the Grunau forest) and well connected with S-bahns & regional trains to all areas of Berlin. The house is on a side road, no car noises, only planes (we are 10 min car ride to the airport!)
The house develops over three floors: on ground floor there is living room, kitchen and bathroom, on the second floor 3 bedrooms and on the attic 1 bedroom ( there are renovation works with a second bathroom and kitchenette)
There is a large garden with BBQ area in the back and front of the house, best place for a person that loves nature. We have squirrels in our garden and we love to take care of our green space.
We have a 1-year old black cat and bycicles.
The room comes furnished with double bed (140cm x200cm) and mattress and desk with chair. The rest of the amenities must be provided by the flatmate. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and oven. Smoking inside the house is strictly not allowed, not even at the window.
We are looking for someone from 1st week of October onwards.
The house is located close to the Brandeburg airport and is easy to reach S-bahn train station, Eichwalde, on foot.
The location is well connected with S-bahns to Ostkreuz & regional trains with 2 stops to Alexanderplatz and Tiergarten. with regional trains you reach Alexanderplatz in half hour from Königswusternhausen
Hari is our indian flatmate, 29 new to Berlin: a full time master student, quiet and polite person, peaceful around the house and very discreet
Alex is an italian plumber and tiler, 37 working in the city of Berlin on a daily basis and out of the house almost every day
Mari is Alex's girlfriend, 35, lived in Berlin for 3 years now and before 12 years in London - works in the city of Berlin.
We have a cat that lives between the garden and inside the house (but he will never be in your room)
The washing machine is in the keller and we have a rule not to turn on after 7 PM (cycle runs 1 hour) to keep the quiet in the house.
We do not cook after 8 30 PM to maintain the quiet
