Es handelt sich um ein möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in einer hellen ca. 50qm großen Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung in Lehrter Str in Berlin Mitte, zehn Minuten fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Die Zwischenmiete geht von Anfang März bis Ende August 2025.
Mit Wannenbad und Dielenboden, Wasch- und Spülmaschinen. Küche und Bad sind beide groß und verfügen über große Fenster zum Garten hinter dem Haus. Es handelt sich um das 1. OG in einem alleinstehenden Haus (ohne Hinterhaus). Es gibt ausreichend Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten hinter dem Haus.
An Stelle des Schreibtisches und des Bürostuhls kommt eine Couch ins Zimmer. Einige Sachen im Zimmer, die auf den Bilder zu erkennen sind, werden noch ausgeräumt. Eine Single-Matratze wird zur Verfügung gestellt, das Single-Bett gibt es aber noch nicht.

I am renting out a furnished room (14 sqm) in a furnished and very centrally located 50sqm apartment close to the main station. It is short-term, from beginning March to end of August 2025. Most days I won't be home, and you'll have the flat to yourself.
The apartment is on the first floor, and has a large kitchen (including a dish washer) and bathroom with a bath tub and a washing machine. There is plenty of space to lock your bike behind the building.
The desk and office chair will not remain in the room. They will be replaced by a couch. Also, a single mattress is provided, but no single bed is in the room yet.
Am Rande von Moabit an der Grenze zu Mitte bietet die Gegend spannende Bars und Cafés abseits vom gängigen Touristenstrom. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut am Nahverkehr angebunden und zentral gelegen, nur zehn Minuten fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Sie liegt am Rande vom Poststadion mit seinem vielfältigen sportlichen Angebot (Kletterhalle, Trainingsplatz, Skater-Anlage und mehr) und dem dahinter liegenden Fritz-Schloss-Park. Das Vabali Spa liegt direkt vor der Tür! :)
Es ist wirklich ein sehr entspannter Ort zum Wohnen! Ich fühle mich sehr wohl hier.

The location is really amazing and very central, only a few minutes walking distance from Hauptbahnhof. It is nevertheless a quiet location, right next to the Poststadion and Fritz-Schloss-Park with its sports and training facilities. The best spa (Vabali) in town is right at your door. ;)
Da ich die meiste Zeit nicht da sein werde, wird es kein wirkliches WG-Leben geben. Trotzdem sollte selbstverständlich an den Tagen des Zusammenlebens Rücksicht aufeinander genommen werden. Ich bin ein umgänglicher Mensch und hoffe, du bist es auch. ;)
