Since I only spend half of my time in Berlin, I rent out one of my rooms. The room is 20m2 and furnished elaborately, including a curtain-separated sleeping area, a large couch, a television, a large closet, a shelf, a small desk, and extra storage spaces. The flat also offers a cozy kitchen, includes all necessary household appliances, and has a 250mbps internet connection.

The flat is in one of the nicest corners of Berlin between the Kollwitz and Wins neighborhoods. Additionally, it is located in the backyard, which is quiet, and, on the kitchen side, has a great view directed towards a park with nice large trees. Also, given that the flat is on the fourth floor, there is plenty of direct sunlight throughout all sessions of the year.

Each month I am only spending more or less the first and the third weeks in Berlin, so half the time you will have the whole flat for yourself. If we can agree on some terms, I also have no problem offering the other room for visitors when I am not there.

I am looking for a friendly, calm person with a regular income. Please send me brief description about yourself, if you can already provide a proof of income for the last 3 months it is definitely a plus. The room is offered with an initial contract of one year; if everything goes well, we can definetly extend it.
