Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof gelegen mit Blick ins Grüne. Gerade ist es noch voll möbliert, allerdings bleiben nur das Bett (90x200), Kommode und Kleiderstange da. :) Ein Schreibtisch oder Couch passt dann noch problemlos ins Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist super groß und geräumig. Die Größe der Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohnzimmer und Küche) macht die Wohnung zu einem perfekten Ort, um Zusammenzusitzen und den Alltag zu teilen. Wir sind außerdem top ausgestattet, hier kannst du kochen ohne Ende!
Wir haben zwei Badezimmer, sodass sich immer zwei Leute ein Bad teilen. Wir haben auch eine Badewanne für kalte Wintertage.

The room overlooks the inner courtyard with a view of greenery. Currently, it's fully furnished, but only the bed (90x200 cm), dresser, and clothes rail will remain. :) A desk or couch can still easily fit into the room.
The apartment is super spacious and roomy. The size of the common areas (living room and kitchen) makes the apartment a perfect place to sit together and share everyday life. We are also very well equipped, so you can cook endlessly here!
We have two bathrooms, so two people always share one bathroom. We also have a bathtub for cold winter days.
Die Wohnung ist in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, direkt neben Prenzlauerberg. Wir sind hier bestens angeboten mit der S-Bahn Station Landberger Allee (Ringbahn!), und zahlreichen Trams, die ihren Weg hierher finden (Landsberger Allee/Petersburger Str.). Auch zahlreiche Busse halten um die Ecke. Theoretisch kann man auch zur U-Bahn laufen.
Von hier läuft man ca. 15 Minuten zum Boxi und wir sind umringt von Parks. Es ist wirklich herrlich! :)

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, right next to Prenzlauer Berg. We are excellently connected here with the S-Bahn station Landsberger Allee (Ring line!), and numerous trams that find their way here (Landsberger Allee/Petersburger Str.). Many buses also stop around the corner. Theoretically, you can also walk to the U-Bahn (subway).
From here, it's about a 15-minute walk to Boxi (Boxhagener Platz), and we are surrounded by parks. It's really wonderful! :)
Zusammenleben wirst du mit Sarah, Adonis und Feli.
Sarah ist auch gerade erst von den USA nach Berlin gezogen. Sie hat ihren ersten Job in einer Marketing Agentur gestartet und lebt jetzt als jüngste der WG als erste das 9 to 5 Leben. :D
Feli und Adonis studieren beide Software Engineering und arbeiten als Werkstudent*innen in der Beratung und NGO.
Unser special Mitbewohner ist Pilatus (4 Jahre alt), unser WG Hund. Er ist ein italienisches Windspiel, haart nicht, und ist sehr sehr süß. Am liebsten schläft er eingekuschelt auf dem Schoß. Es wäre toll, wenn du tierlieb bist. Lass uns in deiner Nachricht gerne wissen, ob ein Hund in der Wohnung für dich klargeht. Dann wissen wir, dass du Bescheid weißt. :)

Sarah has also just moved from the USA to Berlin. She has started her first job at a marketing agency and is now living the 9 to 5 life as the youngest in the shared apartment. :D
Feli and Adonis are both studying Software Engineering and work as student assistants in consulting and NGO.
Our special roommate is Pilatus (4 years old), our shared apartment dog. He's an Italian Greyhound, doesn't shed, and is very, very sweet. He loves to sleep curled up on laps. It would be great if you're an animal lover. Please let us know in your message if having a dog in the apartment is okay with you. That way, we'll know you're aware. :)
Wir können den Vertrag leider gerade nur für ein Jahr ausstellen. Es ist aber sehr wahrscheinlich, dass wir die Wohnung noch ein weiteres Jahr haben können! Das entscheidet sich im Frühjahr und sollte dann alles passen, verlängern wir den Vertrag (für alle Mitbewohner) bis Mitte 2026.

Unfortunately, we can only issue the contract for one year at the moment. However, it's very likely that we'll be able to keep the apartment for another year! This will be decided in the spring, and if everything works out, we'll extend the contract (for all roommates) until mid-2026.
