Hallo, ich bin auf der Suche nach jemanden, der oder die für ein paar Monate oder länger (dann wäre eine Anmeldung auch möglich) in das noch freie Zimmer meiner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Neue Krugallee beim Plänterwald einzieht. Was die location betrifft – mit dem Fahrrad ist man ziemlich gut angebunden (die sich durch Berlin schlängelnde S9 ist meine neue, große Entdeckung).
Das freie, unmöblierte Zimmer ist quadratisch-gut geschnitten. Wahrscheinlich 13,5 qm, nehme ich an. Wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut, sieht man den Plänterwald. Die Küche ist zum Hinterhof gelegen und über diese hat man auch Zugang zum Balkon, der groß genug ist, um dort zu zweit zu sitzen (und um Wäsche zu trocknen...). Das mag ich besonders an der Wohnung, diesen Balkon. Da ist auch eine Schule, aber abgesehen von den großen Pausen, in denen ziemlich viel Energie freigelassen wird, ist es ruhig.
Vielleicht etwas zu mir. Ich bin 34, habe Literaturwissenschaft in verschiedenen deutschen Städten und auch in England studiert und schreibe an einem Roman. Mein Brotjob ist in einer Literaturagentur. Ansonsten gehe ich gerne schwimmen (im Sommer wird die Nähe zur Dahme bestimmt ein Vorteil), joggen (die Nähe zur Spree ist es schon jetzt), ins Theater, Kino und in Museen, oder Tanzen oder treffe Freunde in Bars.
Ich habe auch schon ein paar WG-Erfahrungen und würde mich freuen, wenn das Zusammenleben größtmöglich unkompliziert ist. Also kein Putzplan oder so. Ich fänd es schön, wenn es sich ergibt, dass man zusammen ins Theater geht, Kaffee oder Bier auf dem Balkon trinkt oder bei spontanen Begegnungen am Kühlschrank redet und die Zeit dabei vergisst. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn jeder seinen Dingen nachgehen kann, und der Raum des anderen dabei respektiert wird, ohne, dass das bedeutet, dass man nebeneinander herlebt - ganz im Gegenteil. Wenn dich das anspricht, melde dich gerne. Vielleicht können wir telefonieren, oder du kommst einfach vorbei.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to move into the spare room in my 2-room flat in Neue Krugallee near Plänterwald for a few months or longer (in which case registration would be possible). As for the location - you're pretty well connected by bike (the S9, which meanders through Berlin, is my new big discovery).
The free, unfurnished room is well laid out. Probably 13.5 square metres, I reckon. If you look out of the window, you can see the Plänterwald. The kitchen faces the backyard and you also have access to the balcony, which is big enough for two people to sit on (and to dry laundry...). That's what I particularly like about the flat, this balcony. There's a school there too, but apart from the big breaks, when quite a lot of energy is released, it's quiet.
Maybe something about me. I'm 34, I studied literature in various German cities and also in England and I'm writing a novel. My day job is in a literary agency. Apart from that, I like to go swimming (in summer the closeness to the Dahme will definitely be an advantage), running (the proximity to the Spree is already one), going to the theatre, cinema and museums, or dancing or meeting friends in bars.
I also have some experience of sharing a flat and would be happy if living together is as uncomplicated as possible. So no cleaning schedule or anything like that.
I'd like it if we could go to the theatre together or cook from time to time, if we both feel like it, hang out on the balcony and have coffee or a beer or spontaneously meet at the fridge and talk. However, I'd be happy if everyone could do their own thing and respect each other's space. If that appeals to you, please get in touch. Maybe we can talk on the phone, or you can just come round.
