Mein Zimmer ist ca. 40m2 groß.
Das Zimmer ist zur Straße gerichtet
+ schräg von der Kreuzung & Haltestelle Mittelbruchzeile.
Zur Verwendung steht das Bett auf Holz Podest (siehe Bilder). Leider max. Zwei Regalfächer für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes. (Siehe Bilder)
Meine 3 Mitbewohner sind viel unterwegs (Studium/Arbeit)
Die Küche lebt, vor allem Abends,
Platz im Kühlschrank ist selbstverständlich.
Wichtig ist die Respect vor Privats- & Intimsphäre.
Alles weitere gerne Privat.
Wg wurde vor kurzen zum Teil renoviert, anschließend gab es, wie so oft Mieterwechsel.
Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, eine Badewanne, ein Balkon zur benutztung nach Absprache & gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Zimmer ist auf Ende des Jahres befristet +/-
