Our WG has 5 rooms and yours is second biggest! It is 24m2 and the rent is 512 eur with gas/electricity/internet included. Since we are looking for a roommate starting in the middle of the month, you would need to pay half the rent for October (256 eur). The deposit would be 800 eur.
The room used to be Valentin's, but he is moving to another one and would like to leave the red sofa and one of the shelves, apart from that the room will have no furniture. Let us know if you are interested in keeping them!
All in all our apartment has a kitchen, two bathrooms (a big and a small one), a living room and a balcony.
The WG is located very close to FU, so if you're a student there it's very convenient! All the necessary shops like Edeka, Rewe, DM, Rossman etc. are all located on the same street and are reachable within 5-8 min. walking distance. There are two bus stops right by our door, and S1 station within 7 min. by foot!
You are going to be living with Valentin (he/him, 26), Daniel (he/him, 22), Nico (he/him, 22) and me! (Lisa, she/her, 22).
Valentin is a carpenter, he loves video games and DJing!
Nico is a student at FU and is into humanities, decoloniality, art, and poetry.
Daniel is also a student at FU and is working at a memorial site. He loves reading and cozy wine dinners.
I (Lisa) am studying at FU as well! I'm majoring in Art History and my minor is Religious Studies :) I am into languages (atm learning Korean), film and art.
Nico, Daniel and I are close friends and often cook and hang out together! It's also important to note that we have friends visiting once or twice a month, and friends over for dinner pretty often but no crazy parties :^)

We are also pretty new to the apartment and would like to change it up a bit and make it more cozy! If you are also into that it would be great! Let's get rid of overhead lighting xx
