The room that becomes available is about 20 square meters and rectangular in shape. It has a sufficiently large window towards the inner courtyard, so that the room is bright all day long. The floor is the only room in the entire apartment with laminate. So in itself very comfortable. The room is rented out fully furnished.

In addition to the room, the apartment has a large kitchen, which is also used as a lounge. A dining table with 5 chairs is available for this purpose. In addition, there is a small balcony that is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The bathroom has everything you need and also has a window for ventilation and daylight.

I am looking for someone very clean and tidy who's responsible, openminded and easy going so a respectful and nice way of living together sharing a flat will be fun and chill.
I like to cook and eat vegan and I quit smoking tabacco so a fit would be cool....it's a non smoking apartment. I live kinda quietly and private but don't mind having some friends over or having drinks once in a while. I'm a musician, I play in a punk band, I'm interested in all sorts of arts, also martial arts :) I'm into yoga and running
I love a good party but this is not a party pad ;) So I enjoy someone treating the place and me respectfully.

Miscellaneous

I would take one months rent deposit and the rent of 610 Euros has to be payed the 1st of each month.
Rent is including everything but extra cleaning service costs if neccessary.
Idealy if someone is clean, work will be shared to keep the whole apartment clean but since it's a big place and from experience I have some help coming which could be individually arranged to once a week or once every two weeks to cover cleanliness and keep the happiness ;)
So I would prefer someone who is down to that.
