The Room itself is between 12-16 sq m (a little tough to approximate as it's got a slanted wall). Comes with with a bed frame, closet, set of drawers and a lamp. The kitchen is fully equipped. The contract runs year to year but the flat is available long term and has the possibility of anmeldung.

The apartment is located directly opposite a Penny markt, and is within 10 minute walk of Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Lidl and a large selection of Spätis, Restaurants, bars and pretty much anything you would need. The closest busses are the M43, M85, 187, M46. The Sbahn station Schöneberg is approx 3 min walk from the flat which serves the S41, S42, S45 and S46.

My Name is Lukas, I'm 27 and from Ireland and am half Irish half German. I speak both fluent English and German but tend to speak more English out of habit. I work a Hybrid job so a working from home 3/4 days a week. I tend to keep to myself but am usually up for drinking a beer or hanging out.

The flat already has wifi and we electricity contracts. Wifi is 50 euro a month (25 each) and electricity is 71 a month (35.50 each). This is not included in the 500 for the rent.
