The room is about 17 square meters. Like the rest of the apartment, it has beautiful wooden flooring, is super sunny and cozy.
There is an option to take over the room partially furnished, as the bed and clothes racks are well-suited to the space. Prices can all be discussed in detail. Wi-Fi and broadcasting fees are included in the listed rent.
The rest of the apartment includes a washing machine, whirlpool and a big kitchen.
We’re currently looking for a flatmate until the end of August to see if living together works well and if the vibe is right. However, if everything goes smoothly, there’s nothing stopping us from extending the contract. :)
The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin’s Tempelhof district, a charming and well-connected area known for its rich history and tranquil surroundings. Just a short walk away, you'll find the vast Tempelhofer Feld, a former airport turned urban park, perfect for jogging, cycling, or simply relaxing. The neighborhood offers excellent public transport links, with several bus lines and the U6 subway nearby. Within walking distance, you'll also find a variety of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, and fitness studios, making this area both lively and convenient for daily life.
And the best thing is that there is a beautiful park right in front of the house where you can go for a walk, read or simply relax.
The flat has in total 4 rooms, two bathrooms and a big kitchen. Your other flat mates would be three other students all doing their Bachelors or Masters in Berlin (between 20 and 26 years old).
Even though we’re pretty busy with our studies/work, we always try to plan shared activities as a flat, whether it’s cooking together, watching a movie, or even going on a little trip. Everyone also has the freedom to have their own space and can easily retreat when they need to. We’re looking for someone who’s interested in becoming part of our flat life and is open to interacting with the other flatmates. ;-) It’s important to us to maintain a respectful environment and to communicate our needs openly in the flat.
Our house has a bicycle cellar.
