Ein Balkon ist an das Zimmer angeknüpft, der mit vielen großen Bäumen eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft.

A balcony is attached to the room, which creates a pleasant atmosphere with many large trees around.

Die Wohnung liegt am Straußberger Platz und somit sehr zentral, trotzdem aber in einer ruhigen Gegend.
Edeka und Lidl sind 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die U5 ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Von dort aus sind es 2 Stationen zum Alexanderplatz sowieso 2 / 3 Stationen zum Frankfurter Tor / Samariterstraße, wo es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafes gibt. Der Volkspark Friedrichshain sowie der Ostbahnhof sind auch ziemlich nah und zu Fuß in 10-15Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is located on Straußberger Platz and is therefore very central, but still in a quiet area.
