Hello!
We are the Stocki-WG and we are searching for someone who wants to join our lovely little group for 5 months while our housemate goes on a adventure :)
Your room is fully furnished; sofa, space for your clothes, Hochbett & Mattress, television & lots of decorations. Ideally you would only bring clothes & belongings with you, there isn’t really space for you to bring much of your own furniture. But we can discuss that, happy to be flexible.
We live in Soldiner kiez in Wedding :) its a lovely area, our apartment is directly on the Panke river!
We have all of the necessaries at home already: Wifi, washing machine, a kitchen full of appliances etc etc, this has been an established WG for many many years!
Important bullet points to help you understand Stocki-WG life:
- We share all our food and share the costs using Splitwise :)
- Our WG is quite busy! There are partners, siblings, lovers, parents & friends that visit often :) You would be welcome to bring people over too! This is great because YOU’RE GONNA MAKE A MILLION NEW FRIENDS but its also not for everyone and you should ask yourself plainly if that’s the sort of environment you want to live in
- Our WG is quite loud sometimes! Not all the time, but we love our techno and Susi owns lots of power-tools! It feels like there is always music playing somewhere at Stocki, so again, ask yourself how much you need peace and quiet before applying
- I wouldn't say our WG is messy?? but with 5+ ppl in a flat its never gonna be spotless is it??
- Also, of course, expect us to be: Left-wing, Queer with a capital Q, feminists, anti-fascist... etc etc
- This is a very active and close WG! We eat together, we drink together, we smoke together, we play games together, we talk every day. Its a chosen-family thats very special to all of us, even if you are only with us for 4 months we would love to feel included and part of that with us.
Couple of little things:
- 4 out of 4 of us smoke and smoking in rooms is normal, so you should be cool with that!
- The room is not big enough for a couple
- The flat is not big enough for any cats or dogs
Du kännst uns gerne auf Deutsch antworten! Wir sprechen normalerweise in der Wohnung eine Mischung aus Englisch und Deutsch. Um inclusive zu sein, Ich habe diese Anzeige auf Englisch geschreiben. Aber, wenn du sich besser auf Deutsch darstellen können, dann gönn dir! Bewerbungen auf Deutsch werden genauso behandelt wie Bewerbungen auf Englisch.
