Als Dozentin an der UDK (Universität der Künste), kenne ich den angespannten Wohnungsmarkt in Berlin und möchte daher einer ruhigen Studierende in ihrer Anfangszeit/für eine kurze Zeit unterstützen. 15.4. bis max. 15.7. Nur Nichtraucherin ! Die S-Bahnstation Zehlendorf ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 Minuten an der FU Berlin; in Potsdam mit der S-Bahn in 30 Minuten. Bis in die Stadtmitte (Friedrichstraße) sind es ebenfalls nur 30 Minuten. Nur an Nichtraucherin. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WLAN ,Waschmaschine Küchenmitbenutzung alles inklusive. I am subletting a furnished room in my apartment for the current summer semester.
I am 60 years old and live in the apartment myself. As a teacher at a university (University of Art UDK), I know the tight housing market in Berlin and would therefore like to support students in their initial period/for a short time. I'm looking for a calm student and nonsmoker . The Zehlendorf S-Bahn station is a three-minute walk away. It's a 15-minute bike ride to the FU Berlin and 30 minutes by S-Bahn to Potsdam. It is also only 30 minutes to the city center (Friedrichstraße). Non smokers only. Bed linen, towels, WLAN, washing machine, kitchen sharing all included.
