Die Wohnung ist 65qm groß, hell und sauber. Dein Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon :)
Deine Mitbewohnerin Eileen ist Zahnmedizinstudentin und auch häufig bei ihrem Freund. Du hast die Wohnung also ziemlich oft für dich selbst :)
Außerdem hast du einen Smart TV im Zimmer :)
Die Anbindung ist super:
U Amrumer Straße ist 5 min füßläufig entfernt. Die 142 fährt zum Hbf
U9 ist 5 Minuten entfernt
Mehrere Bushaltestellen - 142 zum hbf
Hier ist eine Next bike Station um die Ecke
Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte findest du im Sprengelkiez (2 Straßen weiter)
Noch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest du auf der Müllerstraße (10 Minuten fussläufig)
Eileen ist Zahnmedizinstudentin, dementsprechend viel in der Uni.
Die WG ist sauber (alles ohne Putzplan :))
Spontan wird zusammen gekocht/ gegessen, aber auch wir müssen uns manchmal aktiv verabreden, weil wir teilweise bei unseren Partnern sind.
Es ist alles super ungezwungen :)
Auch mit den Nachbarn verstehen wir uns gut 💛
Prinzipiell ist das Zimmer schon ab dem 24.10. frei. Allerdings haben wir einen neuen Internetvertrag und der Techniker kommt am 29.10.
das bedeutet, dass ich am 29.10. nochmal rein müsste
