Huhu,
leider zieht meine Mitbewohnerin aus und ich suche nun jemand Neues für ihr Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm2 gross und teilmöbliert.
Schreibtisch, kleiner Schrank, eine kleine Couch und ein „Room in a Box“-Bett (soweit ohne Matratze) sind vorhanden.
Du kannst selbstverständlich auch eigene Möbel mitnehmen:)
Die Einrichtung des Zimmers auf den Bildern ist nicht mehr aktuell.
Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich und einen offiziellen Vertrag bekommst du auch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Silbersteinstrasse, nahe an der Karl-Marx-Strasse. Zu Fuss ca. 5 min zur U-Bahnstation Neukölln oder in ca. 7 min zur U-Bahnstation Hermannstraße.
Ich bin Selma, 25 Jahre alt und Physiotherapeutin und wohne nun schon seit Längerem in Berlin.
Ich bin sehr offen und unternehmenslustig. Gerne bin ich für nette WG-Unternehmungen zu haben, aber finde es auch völlig fine, wenn man mal seine Ruhe benötigt und sich zurückziehen kann.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir schon wichtig und wäre mir lieb, wenn das tatsächlich auch in deinem Interesse wäre.
