Biete hier mein schönes 20qm Altbau Zimmer in unserer 2er WG zur Untermiete an.
Unsere ganze Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Hinterhaus, das Zimmer geht zu einem grünen Garten raus. Ruhig, sonnig, grün - sehr entspannt. 🍃
Zur Wohnung gehört neben dem Zimmer meines Mitbewohners noch ein Flur, ein Bad und eine sehr schön eingerichtete Küche. Sie bildet das Herzstück der Wohnung! 🏡

I'm offering my beautiful 20 sqm Altbau room in our shared apartment 1 month as a sublet.
Our entire apartment is in the quiet garden building, the room looks out onto a green garden. Quiet, sunny, green - very relaxed. 🍃
In addition to my roommate's room, the apartment also has a hallway, a bathroom and a very nicely furnished kitchen. It is the heart of the apartment! 🏡

Vor der Wohnung sind direkt zwei Bushaltestellen (282/M76), zur nächsten U Bahn (U6 Westphalweg) oder S Bahn (S2 Attilastraße) läufst du zu Fuß weniger als 10 Minuten, die Busse fahren auch direkt dorthin.
Dieser Teil Tempelhofs/Mariendorf ist ruhiger und entspannter, du bist aber wirklich überall sehr schnell (Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, Schöneberg alles in weniger als 30min).
Fußläufig in der Nähe ist auch ein schöner Park, der Mariendorfer Volkspark. Restaurants, Kneipen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch alle fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

There are two bus stops (282/M76) directly in front of the apartment, and the nearest subway (U6 Westphalweg) or S-Bahn (S2 Attilastraße) is less than 10 minutes' walk away, and the buses go directly there.
This part of Tempelhof/Mariendorf is quieter and more relaxed, but you can get anywhere very quickly (Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, Schöneberg all in less than 30 minutes).
There is also a beautiful park within walking distance, the Mariendorfer Volkspark. Restaurants, bars, and shops are all within walking distance.

Mein Mitbewohner Lukas ist wie ich Student. Er studiere an der UdK , ist kreativ und baut gerne Dinge selbst! Er ist sehr nett, freundlich und offen und easy im Umgang. Für ein gemeinsames Essen oder einen Drink ist er immer zu haben. Konkrete Vorstellungen, wen wir suchen, gibt es nicht, stell dich einfach vor und dann sehen wir, ob's passt. Das ist sowieso das Wichtigste! ✨

My roommate Lukas is a student like me. He studies at the UdK, is creative and likes to build things himself! He is very nice, friendly and open and easy to get along with. He is always up for a meal or a drink together. We don't have any specific ideas about who we are looking for, just introduce yourself and then we'll see if it's a good fit. That's the most important thing anyway! ✨
