I am temporarily renting out my apartment, which I really love. It’s very quiet and located in the best district of Berlin in my opinion – Prenzlauer Berg.
The apartment is located in an inner courtyard, which makes it very quiet.
In the apartment, there is both a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a dishwasher. You’ll also find a microwave, a coffee machine, and all the kitchen utensils. There is no internet or TV, as I don’t need them myself. But you are welcome to arrange that yourself.
This apartment is perfectly suited for two people to live together. Each person has their own room. This particular room is the largest, very bright, and has access to its own terrace. For shared use, there is a kitchen, as well as a toilet and a storage room.
Right around the corner, there’s a wonderful park (Mauerpark) with many opportunities for walking, relaxing, and Sport. On Sundays, the most famous karaoke takes place here, which has now become a Berlin landmark.
There are plenty of shopping options nearby, with two large shopping centers just around the corner, many small shops, numerous restaurants and cafes, and even a petting zoo for children.
Public transport is within walking distance.
The apartment is strictly intended for non-smokers, and I kindly ask that you respect and adhere to this rule. If this rule is not followed, I will unapologetically charge a professionsl cleaning fee upon checkout.
