FYI for non-smokers! This is smoking WG. We won't smoke in your room but we will in the kitchen. Also this is short term rental for 3 months.

Hey there! I am just gonna keep it short and sweet :)

There is a room available in our WG. We are a four-person WG, so you will live with 3 other persons. The apartment is quite big. It has two stories, a big Kitchen/living space, 2 Bathrooms and 2 Balconies. The room we are renting out is one of the smaller rooms, but at least it is affordable. The room is facing the courtyard, which is pretty quiet most of the time. The sun is rising where the window is facing, but is not directly shining in it. So it won't wake you up. There will be a bed, storage, and a bit of other furniture in the room. But if it's bothersome, we could always take the furniture out.

The area is pretty quiet. The building is facing a park.

The apartment is pretty central. It's a five/ten-minute walk to the U-Bahn station Hallesches Tor where the U6/U1/U3 is running. A 15-minute walk leads you to the M41.

There is a Turkish supermarket 2 minutes away from the flat, but you can also reach an Edeka or a Lidl with a 15-minute walk.

It is usually pretty quiet. It sounds a bit boring, but we really value the home as a space of retreat and give each other space to just exist. The Kitchen/living space is pretty much the social Hotspot and that’s where we share coffee and cigarettes (just as a warning; It is a smoking WG), sometimes a wine, sometimes we go out for a drink or a concert. So not really a party WG.

There is a cleaning plan. If it's not done on time, it's no big deal. As long as there is some contribution to the WG. If you get oil, salt or toilet paper for the WG, cleaning the bathroom can wait. And if someone is bothered by it, we do it ourselves without any resentment.

Hope that pretty much sums it all up. All in all i think we are pretty chill.
