Hello,
Looking for a cozy, well located place to stay? I have a bright and spacious room available in the heart of the city! Just a 3 minutes walk to Nollendorf U-Bahn station (U2, U3, U4) making it super easy to get around. There is also a 24-hour Edeka just around the corner, along with Lidl, Rewe, DM, Turkish supermarkets, and more. The apartment is also very close to Tiergarten and the shopping district Kurfürstendamm, both just a 15 minutes walk away.
You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly guy who also will move to the other room for 1 month. The apartment is fully furnished (bed, table, chair, couch) and equipped with everything you need. However no washing machine or dishwasher is available. But there are washing machines and dryers located downstairs inside the building. The kitchen is a bit small and located in the hallway, but the room itself is incredibly spacious and filled with natural light—so it kinda makes up for it! :)
