Das Zimmer ist im Studentenwohnheim vom Studierendenwerk Berlin in 14050. Es darf rechtlich *NUR* an aktuell inskribierts Studierende vermietet werden. Es wird einen offiziellen Untermietvertrag geben vom Studierendenwerk, Anmeldung ist glaube ich leider nicht möglich.
Kleines aber feines Zimmer. es ist voll möbliert und da ich ins Ausland geh würde ich alles da lassen (Bett mit neuer Matratze, Schreibtisch, Kasten, Sofa, Kommode). Es gibt ein Hochbett, dadurch wirkt das Zimmer deutlich größer als es ist. es ist Hell, hat aber blickdichte Vorhänge und genug Steckdosen.

Small but nice room. It is fully furnished and since I am going abroad I would leave everything there (bed with new mattress, desk, box, sofa, chest of drawers). There is a loft bed, which makes the room look much bigger than it is. it is bright, but has opaque curtains and enough sockets.

Die Lage ist trotz dem Spandauer Damm sehr ruhig. es gibt im Hinterhof große Grünflächen, einen Beachvolleyball Platz, einen kleinen Spielplatz und Tischtennisplatten die alle gratis zu nutzen sind.
der Bus fährt 3-4 Minuten weg direkt zum Bahnhof Spandau, oder zum Zoo und auch zu S Westend (2 min Busfahrt zur Ringbahn) Zu Fuß geht man 10 Minuten.

aktuell leben Jonas (ich), Niklas und Bene hier, drei lustige aufgeschlossene Studis von der TU. Niklas und ich machen Verkehrswesen im Master, Bene macht Informatik im Bachelor. Wir verbringen abends gern Mal Zeit miteinander, ob das Kochen, quatschen, spielen oder auch Mal putzen ist. aber auch Privatsphäre ist uns wichtig. solange es eine offene Kommunikation gibt ist aber alles gut :)
falls du aber keinen Bock auf reden, oder WG hast, ist das vermutlich nicht der beste Match.

Die Kaution ist nur eine Absicherung von meiner Kaution und wird mit Vertrag gehandhabt, aber solltest du weder Zimmer noch meine Möbel komplett zerstören gibt es da sicher keine Problem.
Zimmer ist ultra günstig und echt optimal für Studis. Das Heim allgemein ist ruhig, und Bad und Küche ist nur für uns/euch 3 da.
es gibt leider keine Spülmaschine, dafür eine Waschmaschine.
Beginn und Ende sind etwas flexibel, kann man dann ja ausmachen und die Mieten evtl. auch teilen. Das würde ich dann aber individuell klären (ca. Jänner - August)
