Hello,
I am Valentina and I am looking for a flatmate starting from the 1st of November.
I can offer two options:
• small bedroom: €500 per month. Regarding the furniture, I’m planning to make it more comfortable and cozy soon. We can discuss any changes or if you have small furniture you'd like to bring. I’m planning to get a small desk, a bed that doesn’t take up too much space, and a small wardrobe.
• The larger room: €600 per month. Until now it was used as living room, so I also plan to make some small changes here, such as getting rid of the couch, adding a desk and more storage for clothes. But same as for the other, we can discuss everything if you would like bring with you some furniture. The purple bed is a sofa bed, but it’s very comfortable and works well as both a bed and a couch.
Both rooms: available for 1 month (if you need something temporary) or for 3 months (with the possibility of extending if we get along well and both agree to continue).
Important note: At the moment, there is no possibility for Anmeldung (registration).
Kaution: 600€
The apartment is located in Baumschulenweg, right in front of the woods. It’s about 55 square meters, and includes: a small room, a larger room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The building is very quiet.
About the location: It’s a peaceful area but well connected to other popular neighborhoods. The Baumschulenweg S-Bahn station is about a 6-minute walk, and within a few stops, you can easily reach other districts like Friedrichshain, Neukölln, or Kreuzberg. If you enjoy nature and prefer an area less impacted by traffic, this is a lovely place to live. One of my favorite things to do is to take a break from work and go for a walk along the Spree or through the woods.
A little about me:
I’m Valentina, 31, and I’ve been living in Berlin for about 2 years. I’m easygoing and enjoy spending time with friends, but at home, I tend to be quiet and like to relax, either reading or watching films. I currently work for a small film production company in Berlin. Sometimes I work at the office, but for the most part, I work from home. Because of this, I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset: someone who enjoys occasionally sharing a meal or a movie but also values cleanliness, reliability, and respecting each other’s personal space.
