Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem sanierten Altbau mit hellen Holzdielen und einem wunderschönen Balkon (!) auf den vormittags die Sonne scheint! Es ist voll möbliert, d.h. darin befinden sich ein 140 cm Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Sessel mit Hocker, Regale und eine Kommode.
Zu deinem/eurem Wohlbefinden gibt's allerdings ganz viel Pflanzen drinnen und draußen auf dem Balkon, ein kleiner, gemütlicher Dschungel :). Die Pflanzen müssen auf jeden Fall gegossen werden, während meine Mitbewohnerin weg ist - das wäre deine/eure Aufgabe. Am 15.12. muss das Zimmer frei sein, damit sie wieder einziehen kann.

The room is located in a renovated old building with light wooden floorboards and a beautiful balcony (!) on which the sun shines in the morning! It is fully furnished, i.e. there is a 140 cm bed, desk with chair, an armchair with stool, shelves and a chest of drawers.
For your well-being, however, there are lots of plants inside and outside on the balcony, a small, cozy jungle :). The plants definitely need to be watered while my flatmate is away - that would be your job. The room has to be free on 15.12. so that she can move back in.

Die WG befindet sich in Prenzlauer Berg (Schieritzstraße), 1 Min zu Tram-Haltestelle Thomas-Mann-Straße (15 Min zum Alexanderplatz). Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Greifswalder Straße ist nur ca. 8 Min. zu Fuß. Von dort Anschluss an die Ringbahn, die dich/euch durch die ganze Stadt fährt.
The flat share is located in Prenzlauer Berg, (Schieritzstraße), 1 Min from tram stop Thomas-Mann-Straße (15 min to Alexanderplatz). The S-Bahn stop Greifswalder Straße is only an 8-minute walk away. From there you have a connection to the Ringbahn, which will take you all over the city.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit mir, Lena, 35 Jahre alt. Ich arbeite 2 Tage von zu Hause aus und die restlichen drei von unterwegs. Ich liebe Kunst, Musik, Kultur und Natur, treffe gerne neue Menschen und gebe dir Tipps, falls du dich nicht auskennst. Allerdings brauche ich auch meine Ruhe zu Hause, da ich arbeite und aufstehen muss. Dementsprechend wünsche ich mir von dir hier keine lauten Gatherings und Parties (dafür gibt es in Berlin eh zu viele Möglichkeiten :D) und dich nachts ruhig verhältst, bzw. respektierst, dass ich hier wohne.
Du kannst selbstverständlich in der Küche kochen, mach nur bitte danach sauber, sodass ich sie danach wie gewohnt benutzen kann. Ansonsten freue mich ich auf cute Connections und ich bin super happy, wenn du dich für unsere süße, kuschelige WG mit Family-Vibe entscheidest, während meine Mitbewohnerin auf Reisen ist :)!
You share the apartment with me, Lena, 35 years old. I work 2 days from home and the other three in a shop. I love art, music, culture and nature, enjoy meeting new people and giving you tips if you don't know your way around. However, I also need my peace and quiet at home, as I work and have to get up. Accordingly, I would like you not to have loud gatherings or throw any parties (there are too many opportunities for that in Berlin anyway :D) and to keep quiet at night and respect the fact that I live here.
You can of course cook in the kitchen, just please clean up afterwards so that I can use it as usual. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to cute connections and I'm super happy if you decide to live in our sweet, cozy flat share with a family vibe while my roommate is traveling :)!
