The flat has got a big combiende livingroom kitchen. We are the first ones moving in and there is huge potential to make it a very nice place.
The room is facing the own back yard! So it is pretty quite and you can see green grass and you get some sun light, big windows and a high roof.
S+U Neukölln in front of the door but the the building is inside a backyard, so its pretty quiet. Additionally the flat has got its own garden.
The area is one of the very best in Berlin. Karl-Marx-Str. is the "Kudamm" of Neukölln and much better than Kudamm. You still feel the rough Neukölln area but the street is maintained very well and you can defenitely feel safe and comfortable. Very symphatic and not to expensive south kitchen restaurants and supermarkets are aournd everywhere. Even directly in front a the flat is a very nice Pakistani restaurant and a super comfortable Späti.
It has everythinng you can wish for in Berlin Kiez life.

we are Anita and Robert.
Robert, I am 29 and working as electrical engineer in the renewable energy sector.
After work I like to visit power vinyasa yoga classes. Besides that I am training for a triathlon and I try to get the last chances of outdoor swim training. Additionally I was into skateboarding and wave surfing a lot but now my focus is changed.
I grew up in the south of Germany. Berlin is my home since four years.
Anita, 27 and working at Nabu in sustainabel nature treatment. I grew up in Neukölln and I would like to make this shared flat more than just sharing rooms. I would like to have a great time together and to have open communication to feel comfortable.
In my freetime I do sports like calisthenics and jogging but also handcraft like building furniture and beeing creative in drawing and painting.
We like it clean and tidy and we all should be motivated to contribute to that! Additionally it would be neccesary that we all are motivate to invest energy to make the place nice and comfotable.
Shared flat live means for us that we respect each others needs very much and we are happy if our interests match and we can also have conversations and food together occasionally.
