Guten Morgen,
Ich heiße Nana und suche eine Nachmieterin für mein WG zimmer ab sofort.
Ich ziehe aus, weil mein Arbeitsweg zu lang ist und ich eine neue Wohnung gefunden habe.
Mein Zimmer hat 14qm und einen 2qm großen Wintergarten.
Aktuell lebe ich alleine hier somit würdest du wahrscheinlich erstmals auch alleine wohnen, bis sich jemand findet, für das zweite Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist auf 6 Monate befristet und kostet warm 600€.
Haustiere sind erlaubt. Einige Fenster sind sogar Katzensicher (siehe bilder)
Mit dem Bus fährt man 5 Minuten nach Rathaus Spandau U+S
Ich würde mich extrem freuen, von euch zu hören, da ich dringlichst in meine neue Wohnung einziehen muss und der Arbeitsweg mich zu sehr stresst.
