Hi! I’ll be out of town for two weeks and am looking for someone to sublet my room.
The room is spacious, about 25 square meters, fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, TV, closet, sofa bed, and coffee table. It’s very bright and cozy—perfect for a short stay.
The rent is €250 for the two weeks, covering all utilities (electricity, internet, gas, and GEZ), plus a last-minute discount. A cleaner visits once a week to clean the common areas (kitchen and two bathrooms). Additionally, the landlord provides essentials like washing and cleaning supplies, toilet paper, coffee, and more.

We live in the wonderful Bergmannkiez, directly on Mehringdamm (but in the backyard, so we still have our peace and quiet). It is only a 5-minute walk to the Mehringdamm underground station, from where you are very well connected with the U6, U7 and various buses.
There are countless restaurants, cafés and small boutiques directly on Mehringdamm or a few steps further down Bergmannstraße. Just the thing for those who like to wander from café to café and try everything :)
During the week we are busy with working/studying but on the weekends we like to chill and go out with each other. You are welcome to join but there is never any pressure:)
