Looking for a comfortable place to stay in Berlin? We are offering a spacious room with a double bed available from beginning January to the end of February 2024.

The room is part of a 101-square-meter apartment located in the heart of Charlottenburg. The apartment features:

3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
A dining room
A living room

The house is located in the Charlottenburg neighborhood, a beautiful residential neighborhood positioned in West Berlin.
Next to our house are all the necessary services, from supermarkets, neighborhood bars to many stores for shopping!
We are very well connected by public transportation:
- a 3 minutes walk away is the Wilmersdorfer stop on the U7
- a 3 minutes walk away there is the Sbhan
- a 5 minutes walk away is the Charlottenburg train station, from which many trains run
- there are also many bus stops

You will share the apartment with Ludovica (me) and Tito, two Italian friends. We share the apartment with our friend Lele, who unfortunately has to return to Italy at the end of December.

Let us tell you a little bit about us

I am Ludovica, a 23 years old Italian girl from Milan. I am here in Berlin for an Erasmus Masters in Architecture at TU University. I am very open and sociable, as well as a tidy person. I am a good talker, very outgoing and I really enjoy making friends and doing many different things.

Tito is 23 years old and studied mechanical engineering in Italy and is now doing an internship. He is a super sociable guy and a great talker! He is passionate about cars and engines, if you like formula one you will definitely get along well.
