The itself apartment fulfills the basic needs and the location is very central. If you value that, the room will be a good match.
Which furniture can be taken need to be clarified with my flatmate who leaves, on a later stage of the process.

As earlier as we have a fix contract as better for everyone. The contract is between you and my landlord, but I organize the people, so I am happy when this is done. Make it as easy as possible for me to higher your chance.
One Thing to know. We have no freezer now. We can buy one separate to the fridge, but it will be not too easy to find a space for it. But with enough motivation we would probably figure out a medium good solution
