Wir sind eine WG in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Lichtenberg.
Wir vergeben kurzfristig 1 Zimmer für bis zu 6 Monate.

Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, grundsätzlich können aber noch eigene Gegenstände mitgebracht werden.
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es noch eine große Wohnküche, die ein Gästebett besitzt und von uns als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird. Ein weiterer Vorteil vom Haus ist der Fahrstuhl, der die 4. Etage entspannter erreichen lässt.

In addition to the room, there is a large kitchen-living room that has a guest bed and is used by us as a common room. Another advantage of the house is the elevator, which makes reaching the 4th floor more relaxed.
In ca. 6 Gehminuten erreicht man den S/U Bahnhof Lichtenberg. Von dort fahren sowohl die S7, S5, U 5 und verschiedene Regionalzüge. In 2 Stationen erreicht man Ostkreuz und damit den Ring.
In about 6 minutes on foot you can reach the S/U train station Lichtenberg. The S7, S5, U 5 and various regional trains run from there. You can reach Ostkreuz and thus the ring in 2 stations.
Bisher waren wir zu dritt. Wir sind eine recht bunte Mischung aus verschiedenen Nationen und Hintergründen. Von Studenten bis normalen Arbeitern. Neben gemeinsamen Kochen und sonstigen Austauschen nutzen wir die Gemeinschaftsküche für ein aktives WG Leben und haben dennoch durch die eigenen Zimmer genug Raum für Privatsphäre.
So far there have been three of us. We are quite a diverse mix of different nations and backgrounds. From students to ordinary workers. In addition to cooking together and other exchanges, we use the shared kitchen for an active shared life and still have enough space for privacy in our own rooms.
Grundsätzlich ist das Mietverhältnis erstmal nur auf 6 Monate ausgelegt. Eine Option auf Verlängerung besteht grundsätzlich. Im Prinzip ist auch eine Anmeldung möglich wenn nötig.
