Hello everyone!

Writing this in english, but my native language is german, open for you speaking either.
I'm not gonna BS you: The room is not gigantic nor is it super bright. But it is rather quiet and comes with a built in high bed (everything else can quickly leave the room if you don't want it. Couch will be extra cash, ladder is the only thing that's not for sale here haha). It's still big enough to fit a wardrobe, couch and desk. There's also additional space for you in the living room we'll share. The walls were just painted and afaik it's not haunted.

Storkower Straße (S), Frankfurter Tor (U) and Besarinplatz (Tram) are all within 5-10 min walk. The street is a bit quieter than the average Berlin street but you're in the citycenter in no time.

I am searching for someone who wants to move in longterm, gets along with me and (in general) has their shit together. Please note I am open to people of any gender & sexuality except cis het men and people offended by that. Unfortunately pets (except the small ones) are not allowed/possible because of the contract/my allergies. I will not reply to any requests without the word Quetschkommode in it, because if you cannot be expected to read all this, we're both waisting our time.

You should have a problem with:

- the way humans treat animals generally

You should not have a problem with:
- colours especially orange, pink and pastell colours
- reliably paying your rent
- cleaning now and then
- the smell of weed
- my visiting dog friends

Its a plus (but not a must) if you:

- have access to legal advice (galigrü @my landlord)
- have seen a whale in a non captive environment
