Hallo ihr Lieben, als meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin die Wohnung verlässt, biete ich ein Zimmer in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Nähe vom Potsdamer Platz an.
Zu mir kurz: Ich bin 25, studiere im Master an der TU und arbeite als Werkstudent in einer Solarfirma.
Was mir am wichtigsten in einer Wohngemeinschaft ist, sind ein gutes Miteinander und Sauberkeit.
Ein Waschtrockner, ein Airfryer, sehr schnelles Internet und coole Mitbewohner sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ich bin hinsichtlich der Ein- und Auszugsdauer sehr flexibel. Die Mietdauer kann sowohl länger als auch kürzer sein.
Außerdem ist eine Anmeldung leider nicht möglich.
Ich werde gerne mehr über mich bei der Wohnungsbesichtigung erzählen.
