We are seeking a flatmate, ideally a girl, to join the house for 7 months or longer (until end of May at least).
This space is a raw attic space furnished with large desk, chair and double bed, space is perfect for a busy professional working in Konigs Wusternhausen, Grunau, Adlershof, Schoneweide as these areas are connected with direct S-bahn station (Eichwalde).

Our Einfamilienhaus has an extended garden full of trees in quiet area of Grünau and well connected with S-bahns & regional trains to all areas of Berlin. The house is on a side road, no car noises, only planes (we are 10 min car ride to the airport!)

The house develops over three floors: on ground floor there is living room, kitchen and bathroom, on the second floor 3 bedrooms and on the attic 1 bedroom ( there are renovation works with a second bathroom and kitchenette).

Even though the room is in the attic, we have very fast internet (we installed 2 powerful WLAN extensions)

There is a BBQ area in the back of the garden, best place for a person that loves trees, good quality are and quiet time in the nature. We have squirrels in our garden and we love to take care of our green space.
We have a 1-year old black cat and bycicles in our garden.

The room comes furnished with double bed (130cm x 200 cm) and mattress and desk with chair. The rest of the amenities must be provided by the flatmate. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and oven. Smoking inside the house is strictly not allowed, not even at the window.
The bills are higher in the winter months due to heating costs for the room.

We are looking for someone lovely to join the crew!

We are close to the airport and close to a S-bahn train station, Eichwalde.
The location is well connected with S-bahns to Ostkreuz & regional trains with 2 stops to Alexanderplatz and Tiergarten
The area is residential and quiet for those wishing a peaceful living close to the nature

We need someone in the house that is not allergic to cats as we have a 1-year old cat.

We would prefer a non-smoker as we do not want anyone smoking in their rooms (including on the window) as unfortunately the smell is strong and does absorb in the wood (the house is made out of wood)
