Beautiful room in a very big, modern and luxurious flat in Kreuzberg!
We moved into our completely newly renovated flat on the fifth floor of a classic old Kreuzberg house only this year. There is big kitchen/living room, four bedrooms, two bathroom and a huge terrace. The apartment has new and cool furniture with a calm and cosy atmosphere. We have a very well equipped kitchen and a brand new washing machine.
You will live in my bright and comfortable room with a big bed and amazing sunset lighting. We have floor heating in the whole flat as well as electronic window blinds. I can make some space in my closet for you and provide bed linen and towels as well.
My two other roommates will be traveling as well, in case you would like to rent more rooms with your friends etc., let me know.
The apartment is located close to Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg. Bergmannkiez is the neighborhood in the Western park of Kreuzberg around the lovely Bergmannstrasse between Victoria Park and Südstern. It offers a mix of restaurants, cafés, trinket/vintage stores and little shops (almost no big brand shops around here!).
Getting around is super easy and convenient
- Metro: There are two nearby metro stations: Möckernbrücke with U1, U3 and U7 (5 minutes walk) and Mehringdamm with U6 and U7 (10 minutes walk)
- Bus: The connection via bus is really good. The next bus station is just a 7 minutes walk - and you get easily to the main station without changing in about 8 minutes bus ride
- Bikes: We recommend the App "Nextbike" to rent bikes to go around the city
You will be sharing the flat with my amazing roommates Sarah, Marilena and Lucina.
Sarah (29) is a pediatrician and is currently working day, night and weekend shifts at the hospital. She is very creative and into triathlons.
Marilena (27) works in the public sector and loves to organise events, go bar hopping and travel the world.
Lucina (27) works in product at a fintech and loves deep conversations over dinner with wine.
Marilena and Lucina will both be traveling around the same time, so if you are interested in coming to Berlin with more people, let me know!
We have all the kitchen appliances you could wish for as all of us love to cook. The internet is also super fast!
