Hi there!

We’re looking for a new flatmate, ideally a working professional, to join our WG starting from December 15th (or 1st Jan' 25). The available room is a spacious approx. 18 sqm, offering plenty of room to make it your own. While the room comes unfurnished, the some furniture is available for purchase if needed.

The apartment features three bedrooms, a cozy shared common room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine. We’re located on the first floor, which makes moving in super convenient!

If you're interested in a comfortable and well-connected living space, we'd love to hear from you!

The apartment is in a prime location, just a 2-minute walk from Innsbrucker Platz S- and U-Bahn stations, and a 7-minute walk from Schöneberg S-Bahn station. You'll have easy access to Lidl, Rewe, DM, as well as plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and essential services like doctors' offices. The S1 line offers a quick 15-minute connection to central Berlin, making it perfect for getting around the city easily!

We are Rahil and Prerit. Rahil works in supply chain and Prerit as SDE. We enjoy sports, traveling, and occasionally cooking. We primarily speak English at home, so it's important you're comfortable with that.

We're looking for a new flatmate since Nikhil, who also lives with us, is moving out to live with his partner 💗

We value a balanced living environment, enjoying time together while respecting personal space. Both of us like cooking sometimes and spending time in the kitchen.

Cleanliness is important, and we stick to a weekly cleaning schedule. We're not a party household, but we're fine with occasional celebrations!
