Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 Quadratmeter groß und bietet mit einem Balkon zur Straßenseite hin reichlich Frischluft und Aussicht! Es ist super hell und sonnig – also ideal für Pflanzenfreunde und Sonnenanbeter.

Die Wohnung selbst ist neu renoviert und komplett möbliert. Du kannst also sofort einziehen und dich wohlfühlen, ohne dir Gedanken um Möbel schleppen zu machen. Auch in der Küche und im Bad ist alles da, was man so braucht.

Lage des Zimmers:

Unsere WG liegt perfekt angebunden! In nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß bist du an der U-Bahn-Station Südstern, und in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Cafés, die zum Verweilen einladen. Wenn du Lust auf frische Luft und Natur hast, bist du in nur 5 Minuten auf dem Tempelhofer Feld – ideal zum Joggen, Spazieren oder einfach Entspannen. Weitere Parks sind ebenfalls in der Nähe, sodass es viele Möglichkeiten gibt, die Natur zu genießen und dem Stadttrubel zu entfliehen.

Kurz zu uns:
Wir sind Nora (23) und Gabriel (24). Nora studiert Neurowissenschaften und Gabriel... na ja, er behauptet, er wäre regelmäßig mit Bill Gates im Bundestag – wir sind uns noch nicht ganz sicher, was er da treibt, aber es klingt spannend! Bei uns geht es freundschaftlich und familiär zu, eine Zweck-WG ist definitiv nicht unser Ding.

Wen suchen wir?
Idealerweise bist du berufstätig oder verbringst die meiste Zeit ernsthaft im Studium, damit wir einen ähnlichen Tagesrhythmus haben. Unser Altbau ist charmant, aber hellhörig, also wäre Rücksichtnahme großartig. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, also wäre es super, wenn du auch ein Händchen dafür hast, hinter dir aufzuräumen und den Müll rauszubringen – das gehört bei uns einfach dazu.
