Das Zimmer hat 15 qm2 und ist zum Parkplatz gelegen. Durch die Ausrichtung ist es ruhiger. In dem Zimmer wird ein Schrank bleiben (2 Meter breit). Ansonsten wird das Zimmer unmöbliert vermietet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Berlin im Stadteil Steglitz und die Schlossstraße ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der ÖPNV ist innerhalb von unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die nächste S-Bahn ist 10 Minuenten entfernt (Rathaus Steglitz). Vor der Tür ist ein privater Parkplatz für alle Mieter, somit ist es auch kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden.

In der Wg werde ich noch Leben. Es wird also eine 2-er WG sein. Ich würde mich als sehr enstspannt beschreiben und suche für die WG jemander der/die auch eher ruhig und entspannt ist. Nach meinem Tag in der Uni quatsche ich auch gerne mal und bin für ein Feierabendbier am Start. In der WG können leider keine Partys gefeiert werden, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und die Nachbarn etwas „empfindlicher“. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport und bin akitv.

Die Küche und das Bad sind komplett ausgestattet (inklusive Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine). Es brauch also nichts mitgebracht werden.
