The flat is located on the fourth floor it is spacious, bright, and has a cozy vibe. My bedroom is on the side of the backyard so it's tranquil and bright plus you have a beautiful sunset. I have some plants that give a very cozy and jungle-like vibe. We have a big living room where you can chill and relax. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals. We have a bathroom with a toilet, a bathtub/shower, and a second separate toilet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, ist geräumig, hell und hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Mein Schlafzimmer ist auf der Seite des Hinterhofs, so ist es ruhig und hell plus Sie einen schönen Sonnenuntergang haben. Ich habe einige Pflanzen, die eine sehr gemütliche und dschungelartige Atmosphäre schaffen. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, wo man chillen und entspannen kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, um leckere Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit einer Toilette, einer Badewanne/Dusche und einer zweiten separaten Toilette.
The apartment is well located, it's a 2-minute walk from the S-Bahn Schönerberg on the ring and the S1 to go straight to Mitte in a short time. A 4 min walk and you can take many different buses M46 to Zoologischer Garten or Britz Sud, 248 direction Breitenbachplatz or Alexanderplatz, M85 to Lichterfeld Sud, M43 direction U Berliner Str., M48 direction Zehlendorf, 187 direction Lankwitz and more option are available... Spermarkets are also very close Lidl, Penny, Aldi, Rewe, Bio Company, and Denns are all 3mins walk away.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, sie ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Schönerberg am Ring und der S1 entfernt, um in kurzer Zeit direkt nach Mitte zu gelangen. 4 Minuten zu Fuß und Sie können viele verschiedene Busse nehmen: M46 zum Zoologischen Garten oder Britz Süd, 248 Richtung Breitenbachplatz oder Alexanderplatz, M85 nach Lichterfeld Süd, M43 Richtung U Berliner Str., M48 Richtung Zehlendorf, 187 Richtung Lankwitz und mehr Optionen sind verfügbar... My brother Jean-Baptiste and my friend/roommate Marine are both artists. They are very chill and fun to be around. We also have a lovely cat (not ideal if you are allergic to cats). If you are a smoker you will be able to smoke at the window in the living room.
