Flat sharing opportunity in the heart of Friedrichsain, duration of 3 to 6 months offered upon preference, with option to prolong after, if both parties are in agreement.

The free 15m2 room is looking for a new tenant with start date December 1st, in a 105 m2 apartment, shared with two more tenants. It’s located very close to the area of Frankfurter Allee in Friedrichshain, close to the Ring Centre, and hence it is extremely convenient as you have U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and Tram lines right to your doorstep. For shopping and groceries, the Ring Centre itself provides many of the major chains you might need, and if you fancy a drink, the Boxi area is a 5-minute tram ride. Connection to the airport is very convenient, as is to the Hauptbahnhof central station.

The room itself comes with some basic furnishing provided by the landlady which includes a queen-size bed, a small white desk and chair (not the one pictured), drawer and hanger for clothing, some extra storage space, curtains, a pair of bedsheets, laundry basket, bedside table, desk lamp, floor lamp, table lamp, and full-length mirror. Pictured are also the rest of the communal areas, kitchen, bathroom, and a little private terrace area if you want to bask in the sun or have cigarette break (but maybe not so much this time of the year). The kitchen itself includes many cutleries, and some basic kitchen equipment, so if you are person moving in the city without much in your luggage, it’s a good first start until you find your bearings.
