Ich vermiete zwei große (jeweils etwa 27qm) zusammenhängende und möblierte Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer) in einer etwa großen Altbauwohnung in bester Lage (Bergmannstraße) in Kreuzberg. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit freistehender Badewanne und eine vollausgestatte Küche (s. Fotos). Ein Arbeitsplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden, so dass man auch gut im Homeoffice /remote arbeiten kann.
WICHTIG: Eines der drei Zimmer der Wohnung wird von meinem Bruder (47) bewohnt, der aber nur alle zwei Wochen (dann für eine Woche) da ist. Die restliche Zeit hast Du / habt ihr die Wohnung also für Dich/Euch. Das Zimmer meines Bruders kann natürlich nicht genutzt werden.

I am renting out two large (about 27sqm each) connected and furnished rooms (bedroom and living room) in an apartment in a prime location (Bergmannstraße) in Kreuzberg. There is a large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen (see photos). A workplace is also available, so that you can also work well in the home office /remote.
IMPORTANT: one of the three rooms in the apartment is occupied by my brother (47), but he is only there every two weeks (then for a week). The rest of the time you would have the apartment for yourself. Of course, my brothers room cannot be used.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Marheinekeplatz/Bergmannstraße in Kreuzberg. Es gibt keine Durchfahrtstraße vor der Tür, so dass es trotz der zentralen Lage relativ ruhig ist. Es handelt sich dennoch um eine belebte Gegend; es befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe viele Restaurant, Geschäfte und Bars. Innerhalb von 3 Minuten ist man an der nächsten Bushaltestelle und innerhalb von 5 Minuten an der nächsten U-Bahn (Gneisenaustraße). Das Tempelhofer Feld ist gleich um die Ecke.

The apartment is located on Marheinekeplatz/Bergmannstraße in Kreuzberg. There is no through road in front of the door, so it is relatively quiet despite the central location. It is nevertheless a lively area; there are many restaurants, stores and bars in the immediate vicinity. Within 3 minutes you are at the next bus stop and within 5 minutes at the next subway (Gneisenaustraße). The Tempelhofer Feld (huge park) is just around the corner.
