I'm subletting my fully-equipped room that's perfect for someone looking for a comfortable stay. The space has everything you need, as I've been living here myself—it's well-furnished and has a "lived-in" feel that makes it instantly homey. You'll find all the essentials, plus a few personal touches that make it warm and inviting.
The apartment is on the 4th floor in the quiet side of Berlin, Spandau. It is strategically and conveniently located near 2 bus stops and among many grocery stores(see Lage/Position)
Additionally, the apartment comes with a kitchen that has an oven, microwave and dining space; a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine; and fast wifi
Since this is a temporary sublet, no Anmeldung is possible!

Ich untervermiete mein voll ausgestattetes Zimmer, das perfekt für jemanden ist, der einen komfortablen Aufenthalt sucht. Der Raum hat alles, was man braucht, da ich selbst hier gelebt habe - er ist gut eingerichtet und hat ein „bewohntes“ Gefühl, das ihn sofort gemütlich macht. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, und ein paar persönliche Akzente, die es warm und einladend machen. Ideal für eine Student wie mich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock in einer ruhigen Gegend von Berlin, Spandau. Sie liegt strategisch günstig in der Nähe von 2 Bushaltestellen und zwischen vielen Lebensmittelläden (siehe Lage)
Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Essbereich, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie schnelles WLAN.
Da es sich um eine befristete Untervermietung handelt, ist keine Anmeldung möglich!
-The apartment is 1 minute(90m) away from "Hügelschanze" bus stop and 8 minutes(650m) away from "Eiswerderstraße" bus stop
-You will also be 2 minutes(180m) away from Rewe; 8 minutes(600m) away from a Lidl AND a PENNY; and many parks
-10 minutes away from the Spandau Christmas Market; 13 minutes away from Spandau Arcaden, a mall with many shopping outlets
-12 minutes from the Spandau Bahnhof, which connects you to the U7, S3, S9, Flixtrain, ICE and regional trains; which is 10 minutes from the Berlin Central Station!
Since this is a 2 room apartment, you will definitely bump into the flatmate:) with whom you will be sharing the kitchen and toilet
Unfortunately you cannot smoke in the apartment, but feel free to access the courtyard downstairs.

Da es sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung handelt, wirst du auf jeden Fall auf deinen Mitbewohner stoßen:) mit dem du die Küche und die Toilette teilst.
Leider darf in der Wohnung nicht geraucht werden, aber du kannst gerne den Innenhof im Erdgeschoss benutzen.
The room can be available from the 1st of December if needed for the same rent:)
