Es handelt sich hier um eine Zwischenmiete in einer 2er WG mit der liebsten Mitbewohnerin aller Zeiten und ihrer Katze. Die Mietdauer beträgt 2 Monate, vom 1. Dezember 2024 bis 31. Januar 2025. Da ich erst am 9. Februar zurückkomme, könntest du auch noch ein paar Tage länger bleiben, wenn du die Zeit zum Umziehen brauchst.
ZIMMER
Es handelt sich um zwei, vom Flur aus einzeln zugängliche Zimmer, die innen mit einer Tür verbunden sind. Die insgesamt drei Fenster in diesen beiden Zimmern gewähren einen freien Blick auf einen großräumigen Innenhof mit renovierter Fassade und sind sehr hell. Außer Vogelgezwitscher ist kaum etwas zu hören.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem antiken, chinesischem Lack-Schrank aus Indonesien, einem runden Gründerzeit-Metalltisch mit zwei Korbsesseln, einem Sideboard, einem Holz-Schreibtisch, einem großen, einer grauen Couch, einem Laufband mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, einem weiß lackierten Regal (unsere Bibliothek, die Bücher darfst du auch gerne lesen! :)) und einem hochflorigen, handgeknüpften Perser-Teppich ausgestattet.
Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein 140 cm breites Bett mit neu- und hochwertiger Matratze, ein großer 250 cm breiter und 55 cm tiefer Kleiderschrank mit drei verspiegelten Schwebetüren (in zwei der drei Schrankpartien werde ich mein Zeug einräumen, es bleibt für dich aber viel Stauraum in Kommode, Regalen usw.) sowie ein weiteres Regal.
Beide Räume verfügen über diverse Lampen. Bettdecke und Kopfkissen können bei Bedarf ohne Mehrkosten genutzt werden.
KÜCHE
Die große Wohnküche ist mit Gasherd, Mikrowellenherd, Kühlschrank, Wasser-Osmose-Filter, Kaffeemaschine, Espressomaschine, Waschmaschine, Glastisch mit 3 Stühlen und weiterem Inventar ausgestattet und kann voll mit genutzt werden.
This is a sublet in a 2-person shared apartment with the best roommate ever and her cat. The rental period is for 2 months, from December 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025. Since I won’t be back until February 9, you could also stay a few extra days if you need time to move.
ROOMS
There are two rooms that are separately accessible from the hallway but connected internally by a door. The three windows in these two rooms provide an unobstructed view of a spacious courtyard with a renovated facade and let in plenty of light. Aside from the chirping of birds, it’s very quiet.
The living room is furnished with an antique Chinese lacquer cabinet from Indonesia, a round Gründerzeit metal table with two wicker chairs, a sideboard, a wooden desk, a large gray couch, a treadmill with an adjustable desk, and a white-painted bookshelf (our little library – feel free to read the books! :)). There’s also a plush hand-knotted Persian rug.
In the bedroom, there’s a 140 cm wide bed with a new high-quality mattress, and a large wardrobe (250 cm wide and 55 cm deep) with three mirrored sliding doors (I will use two of the three sections for my things, but there will still be plenty of storage space for you in the dresser, shelves, etc.) as well as another shelf. Both rooms have various lamps. You can use the duvet and pillow at no extra cost if needed.
KITCHEN
The large kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, water osmosis filter, coffee machine, espresso machine, washing machine, glass table with 3 chairs, and additional inventory – everything can be fully utilized.

LAGE
Die Lage des Hause kann idealer nicht sein. An der Bezirksgrenze zwischen Schöneberg und Kreuzberg gelegen, sind die Wege sowohl zum Zentrum West (Kurfürstendamm) als auch zum Zentrum Ost (Potsdamer Platz) etwa gleich weit entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Es bestehen exzellente Verkehrsanbindungen, denn sowohl die Stationen der U7, der S1 und S2 als auch eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich in unmitterlbarer Nähe.
Um die Ecke, circa 100 Meter zu Fuß, gibt es mittwochs und samstags einen kostengünstigen Wochenmarkt mit Obst, Gemüse, Fisch und Krimskrams.
Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt kann man mehrere Parkanlagen (vor allem im alten Gleisdreieck) mit Grünflächen und vielen Sportanlagen nutzen.
LOCATION
The location of the house couldn't be better. Situated on the district border between Schöneberg and Kreuzberg, the distances to both the West Center (Kurfürstendamm) and the East Center (Potsdamer Platz) are roughly equal, and can be reached by bike in 10-15 minutes. There are excellent public transport connections, as both the U7 and S1/S2 stations, as well as a bus stop, are in immediate proximity. Just around the corner, about a 100-meter walk, there is an affordable weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays offering fruits, vegetables, fish, and various knick-knacks. Within a few minutes' walk from the house, you can enjoy several parks (especially in the old Gleisdreieck) with green spaces and many sports facilities.

Eigentlich ist unsere WG eine 3er WG. Der dritte Mitbewohner ist der 79-jähige Hauptmieter. Er wird allerdings am 8.12 nach Indien reisen und dort einige Monate bleiben, weshalb es sich im Grunde nach der ersten Woche um eine 2er WG handelt. Julieta ist die liebste und unkomplizierteste Mitbewohnerin, die es gibt. Sie gehört der LGBTQIA+ Community an und hat eine Katze (die nicht sehr gene angefasst wird), das darf für dich kein Problem sein.
Wir haben einen Putzplan und es ist wichtig, dass du den einhältst. Eine Woche putzt Julieta die Küche und das Badezimmer und eine Woche du :)
Kurz zusammengefasst, was uns wichtig ist: keine Katzenallergie, LGBTQIA+ welcome, Nichtraucher, vegetarisch/vegan, offen, freundlich, respektvoll.
Actually, our shared apartment is a 3-person flat. The third roommate is the 79-year-old main tenant. However, he will be traveling to India on December 8 and will stay there for several months, so it will essentially be a 2-person flat after the first week. Julieta is the sweetest and most easygoing roommate you could ask for. She is part of the LGBTQIA+ community and has a cat (who doesn’t like to be handled much), so that shouldn’t be a problem for you. We have a cleaning schedule, and it’s important that you stick to it. One week, Julieta cleans the kitchen and bathroom, and the next week it’s your turn :)
