Ich untervermiete separat 2 Zimmer in einem Altbau in Berlin Neukölln/Warthestraße. Beide Zimmer haben 25qm und jeweils einen Balkon. Es gibt jeweils ein Bett, eine Couch, einen Tisch. und kleine Schränke.
Die Fenster sind groß und lassen Licht herein. Es gibt 1 Wannenbad und 1 Gästetoilette.
Beide Zimmer sind in den Fotos zu sehen. Das Wohnzimmer bekommt für die Zeit der Untervermietung ein Bett.
Die Lage ist super um mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr in die gesamte Stadt zu kommen. Die S-Bahn Ring und die U8 sind in der Nähe und verbinden Neukölln mit Kreuzberg/Mitte/Wedding/WIlmersdorf etc.
Das Tempelhofer Feld ist 100m entfernt. In der Warthestraße gibt es einen kleinen Brotverkauf, 1 Café, 1 Restaurant, 1 Mittagsangebot.
Die Wohnung ist ein Wohlfühlort für uns. Es ist keine Party-WG, es ist ein guter Ort um von zu Haus zu arbeiten.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich, Haustiere mitzubringen ist nicht möglich.
