Hello,
We would like to rent a room (30 m²) with common living room (35m2) in our house in Schönleinstrasse, Kreuzberg, between December 1st and January 31st. The house has a total of 3.5 rooms and 100 m², consisting of 2 bedrooms and a large living room/kitchen area. The house is on the ground floor with a high ceiling. It is quite suitable for two people to use as a WG. My current roommate will continue to stay in one of the rooms for another 2 months. Since I will be moving to another house with my wife, I plan to sublet my room until our contract expires (January 31st, 2025). The room will be furnished. After this date, the house will be completely empty and we have the chance to offer new tenants to the landlord company. Therefore, the person who rents the house during this 2-month period will be our priority in the future.
My rent for the house is 1100 Euros including bills, and I am thinking of transferring it at this price. Please do not hesitate to send me a message.
