Die Wohnung ist echt schick: großes Badezimmer mit offener Dusche, eine neu eingerichtete Küche und ein großer Flur, der einfach einladend ist. Außerdem gibt's einen Haushaltsraum für Stauraum und die Waschmaschine – praktisch, oder? Und das Beste: die Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung, das sorgt für ein supergemütliches Ambiente!
In deinem Zimmer hast du einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einen riesigen Kleiderschrank. Rollos am Fenster sorgen für die nötige Privatsphäre. Das Bett, das du auf den Fotos siehst, wird noch umgeräumt, also müsstest du dir selbst eins besorgen.
Aber keine Sorge, die Wohnung ist voll eingerichtet und hat einen mega großen Balkon mit Grill und Beleuchtung für gemütliche Abende! 🌅

The apartment is really nice: it has a large bathroom with an open shower, a newly furnished kitchen, and a spacious hallway that feels inviting. There's also a utility room for storage and the washing machine – pretty handy, right? Plus, the apartment has underfloor heating, making it super cozy!
In your room, you'll find a desk with a chair and a huge wardrobe. There are blinds on the window for privacy. The bed you see in the photos will be rearranged, so you'll need to bring your own.

Die U7 ist innerhalb von 4 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Ringbahn ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
The apartment is located right in the heart of Neukölln, but since it's in a rear building, it's completely quiet. The U7 subway station is just a 4-minute walk away, and the Ringbahn can be reached within 10 minutes on foot.
Ich bin Anne, 28 Jahre alt und lebe seit über 9 Jahren in Berlin. Ich bin selbstständig und arbiete deswegen manchmal zuhause aber eigentlich regelmäßig in meinem Büro. Meine beiden Hunde sind mir das wichtigste, wir kuscheln viel, spielen im Park oder laufen zum Tempelhofer Feld.
