ich heiße Bella und suche einen Nachmieter für mich und eine andere Person aus der WG.
Da unsere WG sich auflöst ziehen Olla und ich schon Mitte Dezember in unsere neue Wohnung und suchen für den Zeitraum vom 15.12 bis 31.01 noch Übergangsmieter.
Ollas Zimmer ist ca. 14-15m2 groß und kommt ohne Möbel. Meins ist ca. 18-20m2 groß und kommt mit einem Bettgestell und einem 3-teiligen Holzregal (momentan steht da mein TV drauf).
Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, also selten streit um die Toilette🥴
Die Miete beträgt für beide Räume jeweils 340€ warm.
Ihr braucht 4 Minuten zu Fuß um zur U Scharnweberstraße zu kommen, von da fahren Ersatzbusse der U6 zum Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz, ca. 10min Fußweg :)
Haltestelle Uranusweg ist auch in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Entspanntes Leben mit Marc, Liam & Greta, meistens sind alle arbeiten aber ab 18 Uhr trifft man dann meistens aufeinander.. jeder chillt bei sich aber es wird auch viel im Kollektiv gechillt✨
