Renovation completion in September (!): Rent your fully-equipped carefree room in this renovated, bright and modern flat. It is fully equipped with 14sqm common area including a fitted kitchen, sitting area, storage room, bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower, washing machine & dishwasher. The rooms are equipped with bed, wardrobes, desk & chair, lamps, as well as many extras.
The fitted kitchen has been optimally integrated into the common area and accessible from each room, where you can enjoy the time together. New heaters and good insulated windows are in each room. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 (this is the first occupancy) and is well-equipped.
Each room has plenty of sockets and computer sockets. New noise-reducing doors have been installed and the walls have been reinforced to reduce noise.
